These are the formalities you must fulfill before travelling abroad for any travel initiated after July 10th 2025.
You must fill the start of travel form ahead of any travel abroad and submit it through the usual google interface above.
You must fill the end of travel form at the conclusion of any travel abroad and submit it through the usual google interface above.
You must fill the mission survey web form summarising your trip at the end of each trip.

To be submitted by July 15th. You should report any travel undertaking since the beginning of your PhD that has not been submitted through the google form in the past.

Update the information on your trips abroad to date and make sure you add entries in case you take further trips until the exam date
Final exam admission form to be submitted at least 2 months before target final exam date and before the conclusion of your 3rd year's "attivita formativa".
